One clinic per market

Patients who actually show up.

We fill treatment schedules with pre-paid patients. They pay before they’re allowed to book — which is the entire reason they turn up.

The problem

Equipment doesn’t care how often you use it.

You financed a machine, or built out a room, or hired for a service line. The payment arrives every month at the same size whether the schedule is full or empty.

Most cash-pay clinics we talk to are running their highest-margin treatment a fraction of the hours they could. Not because the demand isn’t there — usually it is, and it’s substantial — but because nothing reliably converts it into people who actually walk through the door.

The gap between an idle asset and unmet demand is the entire business.

What’s different

We don’t sell leads.

Every agency that has called you got paid whether the patient walked in or not. That is the thing we changed.

Lead-gen agencyTheyShow
Sends you form fills and phone numbers Sends you patients with an appointment already paid for
Paid monthly, regardless of outcome Paid per patient who physically arrives
You chase people who filled a form out of curiosity The patient has money committed before you meet
Show rates around 50–60% are normal Pre-payment is what moves that number, and it moves it a lot
12-month contract No contract. Leave whenever.
How it runs

Four steps, and three of them are ours.

  1. We build and run the campaignLanding page branded to your clinic, ad creative, targeting, and the booking system behind it. You approve all of it before anything goes live.
  2. The patient pays to bookAn intro visit, typically $99. That payment is the filter — it separates people who intend to come from people who are browsing.
  3. Reminders do the restConfirmation, a 24-hour reminder, a 2-hour reminder. Unglamorous, and the difference between a schedule and a wish.
  4. You run the consultThey’re in your chair, they’ve already paid, and their intro fee comes off a full plan if they continue. This part is yours — we don’t sell treatment plans, you do.
Who this fits

Cash-pay clinics with capacity they aren’t filling.

An underused assetA financed device, a treatment room, or a service line running well below what it could.
Packages, not one-offsThe treatment sells as a plan worth four figures, so one new patient is worth pursuing properly.
No insurance billingCash-pay keeps the patient’s decision simple and keeps us out of your billing entirely.
A real marketEnough population nearby to advertise into without exhausting the audience in a month.

If that describes you, the treatment itself matters less than you’d think. The mechanism is the same whether you’re filling a chair, a table, or a room.

Nobody shows up, you owe us nothing. That is the whole arrangement, and it is why we care as much about your close rate as you do.

Where we are

We’re early, and you should know that.

This model is running right now in other cash-pay categories, filling schedules with pre-paid patients. We’re bringing it to treatments where nobody has yet — which means we’re taking on our first clinics.

So we’ll say the quiet part out loud: we do not have a wall of case studies. We would rather have three clinics we can obsess over than thirty we’re ignoring, and frankly we need a result we can point to more than we need your money. That is reflected in the terms.

We work with one clinic per market. Two in the same city means bidding against ourselves for the same patients, which helps nobody.

Is your schedule full?

That’s the only question that matters. If it is, you don’t need us. If it isn’t, a ten-minute call will tell you whether this works in your market.
